Crosby® .33 Ton Screw Pin Anchor Shackles
Offers the ease of a quick-release pin and the security of a strong connection. A bow shape can handle a wider variety of connections – including multi-dimensional pulling – over chain shackles/D shackles.
The USA-made Crosby shackles are made from forged, hot-dipped galvanized steel for corrosion-resistance. An alloy pin adds strength. Approved for use at temperatures between -40°F / -40°C and 400°F / 204°C.
This screw pin anchor shackle is designed to perform. They can meet DNV impact requirements of 42 Joules (31 ft-lb) at 4°F / -20°C upon request, and can be furnished with proof-testing certificates to designated standards, such as DNV, ABS, Lloyds, etc. If you want this certification, please call to order and request the applicable testing.
Why Choose Screw Pin Anchor Shackles?
A quick release screw style pin allows these shackles to attach and detach quickly, making them perfect for temporary or non-permanent lifting jobs. They are faster than using shackles with round pins. Anchor bow shackles have a wider shape than D shaped shackles and are mainly used on multi-leg rigging systems.
