Depending on the size of the rope, use the recommended overlap of wire and attach the amount clips needed to hold the wire rope together. Always remember this phrase when attaching wire rope clips “Never saddle a dead horse”. This means that the saddle of the clip, along with the nuts, should be on the live end of 2 wires, not the terminated end.
