4″W CornerMax® Sling Protector Sleeves | Cut-Resistant
Not all loads offer nice 90 degree angles for your sling protectors. If you frequently lift round or curved loads, choose CornerMax®. Their sleeves are made from high-tech Dyneema® fiber to conform to the shape of your load.
They are also tested and rated for cut-resistance, providing the protection your sling needs.
These should not be used with wire rope or chain slings.
CornerMax® Sleeve Sling Protection Ratings
Protection ratings are dependent upon a full 90 degree contact between the sleeve. When this condition is met, all CornerMax® sleeves have a protection rating of 12,500 lbs. per inch of sling contact. For two points of contact, the rating is 25,000 lbs.
That means to calculate the protection rating of the sleeve using your lifting setup, you would need to multiply the width of your sling in inches by 25,000 lbs.
When using CornerMax® sleeves on round or curved objects, the full protection rating cannot be applied.

Round Sling Compatibility
This sleeve has an inside circumference of 8″. Due to slight variations in round sling circumference, we recommend measuring your round sling before making a purchase to ensure it fits within the inside circumference.
Below is an illustration of how this sleeve will fit on your round sling – the entire sling is inserted into the sleeve, creating an eye at both ends. So when you measure your sling, you will want to measure the circumference of both sides together.
