Zinc-plated steel design is both strong and lightweight (only 25 lbs. per pair), so it can withstand the elements without adding unnecessary weight to your truck. The zinc plating is an excellent weather-resistant layer that will extend the brackets useful life, even in harsh conditions. Vertical angle is 1/4″ thick.
